Any cancellations 60 days prior to arrival is subject to a USD 50 cancellation fee per room & per day for a full refund.
Any cancellations 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a USD 50 cancellation fee per room and amount is transferred to a gift certificate valid for one year.
Any cancellations 14 days prior to arrival, no shows, or early departures are subject to 100% penalty including tax.
Cancellations on any promotions will transfer to a Gift Certificate valid for a year from issuance.
No refunds on promotions.Promotions only apply to new bookings and will not apply to Gift Certificates issued prior to the start of promotion.
Guests are financially responsible for anything lost, damaged, or destroyed, during the duration of their stay.
